it could be safe to say that after looking at the charts, reality randomers (yes, ill be hated for saying that) like eoghan quigg(who?), alexandra burke ( winner of the x factor 08/housing commishion, photo scandal skank by nature), connie talbot,jls, andrew johnston and faryl appear to be all fighting for the same spot.
they may be all missing that thing in the music industry that now appears to be completley overated...talent.
but their also being given false hope of ever being successful musicians- eoghan quigg= exhibit A
the reason these people win shows like the x factor and britains got talent is that they are compared to musicians like justin timerlake, the next britney or the next next sugababe. but, if this is the case, then, why does the world need a slightley less talented version?
